Addiction Counsellor Study Options - Full or Split Packages Deals
If you are studying towards International Certifications in Tier 3, there are two ways to complete the necessary credit (300 CEU/CPD) requirements. You can take the ACP Complete Package (Most cost effective, recommended) or take the split packages one at a time (Basic, Intermediate, Advanced and Specialist).
IC&RC Certification Exam requirements for are: 300 Hours of CEU accredited addiction specific education within the eight practice domains, and 3 Years supervised full time (or 6000 Hours part time) work experience in the addiction field. This can be as volunteer, trainee or otherwise. Once this criteria is met, the candidate can apply for the international examination for certification.
Candidates can also either take Online Distance Self Study option (They receive access to student portal with videos and content) which is less costly, or take the Seated Zoom Lecture option, which includes periodic live zoom lectures on the content but is slightly more expensive.
