1. About ACCSA

ACCSA (Addiction Counsellor Certifications South Africa Pty Ltd) provides professional training, certification preparation, and continuing education for individuals and organisations in the addiction counselling and recovery fields.

Our services include, but are not limited to:

Accredited training courses and certification preparation

CPD/CEU-based education for professionals

International certification readiness (IC&RC CADC, NAADAC)

Professional resources and study materials


2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

Be at least 18 years old.

Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

Provide accurate and truthful personal information during registration.


3. Use of Our Website & Services

Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.

5. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

Payments: All fees must be paid in full via the payment options provided (credit card, EFT, Yoco, or PayFast).

Refunds: Refunds may only be considered if requested within 7 days of purchase, provided the course has not been accessed.

Cancellations: ACCSA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course, with reasonable notice and full refunds if applicable.


6. Certification & Accreditation

ACCSA provides training and preparation for internationally recognised addiction counselling certifications (including IC&RC and NAADAC). While we offer comprehensive preparation materials and examination facilitation, we do not guarantee:

Certification approval by external boards.

Employment placement upon completion of our courses.


7. Privacy & Data Protection

ACCSA is committed to protecting your personal information in compliance with POPIA (South Africa) and GDPR (where applicable).

We collect and process personal data only for educational, administrative, and regulatory purposes.
